The organic curvature of the exteriors of the Grande 26M strikes a balance with the sportive hull lines, creating an impossibly well-rounded aesthetic. According to the same concept, her imposing volume is lightened by the extensive glazed surfaces visible from the profile, which
reach a maximum in the fore part of the main deck, inspiring wonder about the privileged
master suite. Despite benefiting from a hard top, the yacht’s proportions give her the streamlined
feel of a coupé. The Grande 26M is capable of a dazzling transformation, which expands the cockpit onto a terrace over the waves. Built with versatility in mind, the opening transom
comes all the way up to lie flush with the aft edge of the main deck. The new space offers
boundless views of the sea and a walkaround table, accessible on all four sides. From the extended, full-beam Maxi Fly down to the elongating cockpit, and finally to the bathing platform, the Grande 26M boasts a wasteless use of space for the outdoor areas. On the aft part specifically, guests have a rich selection of terraces on the
sea. The bow lounge offers guests a retreat from the main areas, which is ideal for unwinding, relaxing and enjoying maximum exposure to the marine environment. While the forward facing
sofa is permanent, the counterfacing one can fold down the backrest to serve as a headrest for sunbathing time. For hosting on the fly, a full-size table for ten guests is served by an American bar and an extra storage cabinet, under the variable shelter of the opening hardtop. The designers chose to forgo the fully raised pilot house in favor of an elongated flybridge named Maxi Fly, which expands the seating arrangement forward to create a more intimate corner flanking the helm, ideal for loose gatherings before and after mealtime. The exterior helm station is placed in pole position for the pilot to enjoy the advanced propulsion system of the Grande 26M, with clear sightlines and an exhilarating perception of speed. Freestanding, low-profile furniture allows the full height windows to shine and yet finds the space to hide away plenty of internal storage. The living and dining areas are separated, not by barriers, but by distinctions in the styles. The galley bulkhead panel opens up to enhance communication and serve as a pass through. The full-height windows in the owner’s suite offer extraordinary views of the sea. The vanity-desk to starboard barely occupies a fraction of the frame, working with the large reflective surface and the extension of the suite into the forward washing a dressing area to expand the perception of space. The wardrobes are placed at the entry and all the way forward, where the master bathroom is, outside the main chamber to keep a clean and minimalist environment for the king-sized bed to offer complete relaxation. The more privately positioned section of the
suite is finished with refreshing colors and materials, contributing variety, purpose and
beauty at once. The double cabins follow after the VIPs, appointed with the space, storage and windows essential to enjoying extended stays on board. A single windshield stretches wide across the internal helm station, providing excellent visibility over the flush glass displays. There is a double stair to this centrally positioned area, ensuring easy access from anywhere and therefore safety.
