In their interior design for the Seadeck Series, Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, making their debut in the world of yachting, draw on the conscious philosophy that is the distinctive feature of their approach to architecture. The goals are twofold: to highlight the essence of a space where it’s easier to feel good, to redefine the concept of luxury based on well-being and the choice of gentle materials. Warm, intimate light plays a fundamental role in the design, and to create an original interpretation of light and shadow the architects chose to use oak ribbing wood, a material that not only donates surface intensity but also contributes to the durability of the boat because it doesn’t scratch and lives longer.
